Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Bonsai trees are not eligible for returns or refunds once they have been delivered/picked up. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not offer refunds for trees once they have been delivered or picked up.
If you have placed and order and change your mind, please contact us to arrange a cancellation and refund.
Once a tree has been delivered we cannot process a cancellation or refund.
